Joe Brown was our salesman and was extremely helpful. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the final signature on the contract. Joe immediately greeted us and asked what he could do to assist us. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a car. We were never pressured to buy anything during the process. We test drove the car during our lunch break and told them we would be back after work to start the purchase process. We ended up with a really good deal without haggling and actually ended up with a lower payment than they first told us.
I would have to say overall it went okay. I only had a couple issues I was not informed by anyone that you all no longer vacuumed out vehicles or clean windshields and we needed to request that as a customer. That would have been nice to know before my oil change because it was not done and 4 months ago when I came in I was charged $52 for the oil change this time I was charged $59. So I was charge more but really got less things done to my vehicle
Was frustrated at other dealerships in Great Falls. Called Mark Supers and he said, 'Mike, why don't you come and see me'. Have know Mark for years and he is the reason I keep coming back to Lithia, keep a stron hold on him. Mark intoduced me to Shawn and all was PERFECT. This is what I expect from a dealer so I bought on the spot. The whole process was easy. I am already looking at a new truck from the GMC dealership thanks to Mark and Shawn.
