I've had multiple problems with this location since the start of my lease. Multiple visits because of incorrect or missing information with paper work after the sale. My concern about a shifting problem has not been addressed after three visits. Last visit ended with damage to the vehicle. As the vehicle was repaired I received a 'loaner' Hyundai that I had to keep longer than expected. Staff said there was nothing available that was comparable to what I lease. I felt they gave me the most basic vehicle intentionally. Repair was not done in the time I was promised. And lastly the service staff wouldn't even contact the body shop to check status of the repair. I had to contact Lithia to get the name of the place and call myself. I will not be a recurring customer for Lithia anything and I actively tell people to shop and do service work else where. You will not be taken care of at Lithia Great Falls.
