Thank you Dewayne Dovre and Brian Drewes on the great experience on the sale of my 2017 GMC HD Sierra Denali. I can not believe that they found this unit on Monday and delivered it to me on Thursday. Great job Dewayne and Brain. I want to thank Travis Dovre for meeting my offer on this unit. One more to thank is Mark McCarthy on having me look at GMC and adding live time oil change on this unit. I love my unit and it tows my camper like a dream. We have a Honda van from Lithia and it has treated us well and I love all the Lithia Dealers you have, I have had oil changes in Washington and California with this van. It is a great option and very good deal.

When I made the appointment for the recall I was told it would take over two hours even though the recall notice said it should take about 20 minutes. When I dropped off the vehicle and made arrangements for a ride back to work I got a call 5 minutes after I got back to tell me the truck was done and could be picked up. Had the service person not told me it was going to take two hours I could have just waited for the truck and driven back to work in stead of being inconvenienced without a vehicle to drive during work. I had questions the two hours but the service advisor told me the time on the recall notice was never correct and they had been taking up to the two hours to do the recall.
For the most part everyone was very cordial and took care of my cooling system problem. However, I was charged for a battery for a spare fob that I had that I didn't want. Consequently I was overcharged by $17.00+. I wrote the dealership about this and I still have not received a refund. Please explain!
When Bennet owned the dealership my wife would laugh at me when I had to take my Jeep into Lithia. When she took her Yukon in to Bennett even to get the oil changed they would wash her car. When I took the Jeep into Lithia they never washed it. When Lithia bought out Bennett I told my wife watch out. She spent almost $500 they didn't wash her car. That just shows Lithia's lack of customer service
I didn't like the way that we were kept in the dark with the whole process.
First off, we had to wait almost 4 hours to do all the paperwork just to find out that we had to come back the next day to redo it all which took over 2 hours also.
Second, when we were signing all the paperwork they tried to slide in a 3000 dollar maintenance plan that we didn't even get asked if we wanted. When I asked who said we agreed on it, the financial person stated the salesman put it in our package.
Third, we were told that we could get front mud flaps when I said the only thing wrong with this off road packaged truck was that it didn't come with the mud flaps.
Fourth, I signed a paper that stated if I got the vehicle for a specific price that I would purchase it, and then the price came back different with more for the truck and not as much for the trade in.
I was thinking about the lithia oil change for life but after this ordeal I decided I didn't trust that they would only change oil and not say something is wrong with it and try and charge me for something that wasn't needed.
It took 4 days for me to get a hold of a person to talk to so I could make an appointment. I left 2 messages and my call was returned 2 days after the second message. I made an appointment for an oil change and wasn't aware my tires would be rotated with that. I had just had them rotated 2-3 weeks prior to that appointment and now have to be inconvenienced by taking it back in so they can be rotated back.
