Salesman was new but helpful and honest. Mark, the manager was pleasant to work with. Both were extremely helpful and I appreciated that there was not a high pressure, but rather making sure that I was satisfied with the decision that I was making for a vehicle. Thank you
After sitting for 2 contract closings and financing the balance after trade in I received a letter from JP Morgan Chase Bank stating they were not able to approve our financing stating the loan payment is too high relative to income. My choice was to pay cash initially, however there was an incentive offered for financing. The letter stated they would be happy to approve if we agree to a counter offer. Which terms were the same as those stated on our Vehicle closing statement. Concerned, I called Lithia to speak to the manager or finance person and got no call back after being told they were busy. I called again 2 hours later and was connected with the finance person and told not to worry as those letters don't mean anything. Well, sorry to say it meant something to me.
I had oil changed, went home parked in garage, later saw puddle of oil on floor, and broken license plate light. I called, service mngr. he came , tightened oil pan plug, cleaned floor. I had to go back in morning and he fixed light. You need to get some responsible people to work on vehicles. Had I been going out of town rather than home, I could have blown engine now.I bought truck new from your store and you do all the service work on it,and I expected better service than that. In the end, it was fixed and all ok, but “ come on “, it could have been a disaster.
I was in Great Falls on vacation at the time when a sensor light came on. I took our SRX to Lithia and they got me in right a way, fixed the problem, said it was under warrranty so no charge --happy happy. We got our car back in about 5 hrs which was also good.
we were traveling across the country and encountered a problem with our gasoline intake system. the problem was diagnosed and repaired and I think we were in and out of the service area within 2 hours. fantastic service and everyone was so friendly. almost felt like an episode from the stepford wives. thank you for the excellent service
