When I originally went in to by my car a year ago i wasn't expecting to get one , the sales rep Brian drawers took good care of me and got me a loan to get one. I took it in for a general maintenance and oil change about 6 months later and it went well. I recently needed to get the passenger airbag done per a safety recall and a flat repaired Chris and team took good care of me on this day.
Mostly good except that we had to return to have them write the miles to the next service on the window sticker and my husband wanted the pickup washed and it did not look like it was done very well, if at all.

Constantly under inflating tires , grease stain on passenger seat after last service , poor wash job , battery replacement required after test , battery is top quality Interstate, less than 6 months old , other services suggested questionable , only true problem with truck was burned out headlight but light check on chart checked green , go figure, after leaving service center had to pull to road side to shut my hood .

Took my pickup in for service. When I checked in with the service writer I asked him to have his mechanic check my steering components as I have noticed the last couple of days excessive slack and wandering in the steering. He told me they would check all that. When I came back to pick it up I talked to a different service person. I asked if they found anything wrong. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and said a technician would have to check it. I asked why they hadn't checked it and was told I would have to reschedule so a different person could check it. I would think with a possible problem with steering the dealer and GMC would be a little concerned there could a liability issue. I guess your service department wasn't concerned or didn't care.
